David Aaron

David works as Head of Compliance at First Wealth, ensuring the business meets its regulatory requirements whilst also delivering great client outcomes.

He has worked for almost two decades in Financial Services Compliance, spending time working for many renowned Wealth Management firms in the London area.

He is responsible for Compliance Oversight and Financial Crime Management at First Wealth so he needs to make sure we have robust systems and controls in place, whilst balancing this with the practical day to day workings of a fast-paced innovative business. His work philosophy is that we can create solutions that benefit both employees, the business and the client so that nobody loses out. Compliance can be an asset to the business when deployed correctly.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his young family. Outside of this you can find him listening to Country Music whilst he tackles the never ending project of his garden.
