Frazer is Head of Operations at First Wealth, where he leads the operational team so that everyone can do their best work – advisers, paraplanners, support team and, ultimately, clients.
He joined the firm in September 2020 as a Client Relationship Manager and has since worked his way through several of the functions that make the business run, as Head of Paraplanning, Head of Learning & Development, and now Head of Operations. That journey means he understands First Wealth from the inside out: the technical craft of advice, the way the team learns and grows, and the systems and processes that hold it all together.
As a Chartered Paraplanner and a holder of the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development, Frazer brings rigour to both sides of the role. The operational and the human. At the heart of the job is project management in its truest sense: taking complex, moving initiatives, often running in parallel, and pulling them into a single plan that works. From technology rollouts to process redesigns, his instinct is to design the change around the people who’ll be living with it, not the other way round.
The people side of the role is where he finds the most meaning. Watching colleagues develop, take on more, and grow into the firm is, for him, the closest thing in business to the impact First Wealth’s advisers have with clients – and it’s why the B Corp standard the firm holds itself to resonates with him personally.

Perseverance.
Making a difference.
Waking up, doing intense exercise, watching a good game of football, followed by a nice meal. Ending with reading a chapter of a book on behavioural finance.
